Apparently something similar happened at olive garden. I wonder if she will get more money than the old lady that spilled coffee on herself.

I'd say McDonalds will need to pay significant compensatory damages. However, I'm not too sure about punitive damages. Unless semen is a common food additive in McDonalds, pretty unlikely.

You did not read my links. McDonalds served coffee at 80C, hot enough to cause 3rd degree burns.

Most thought she suffered only minor superficial burns, while in truth she suffered severe burns and needed extensive surgeries.
