Atlantic Salmon is good stuff. Good source of those good omega oils. Unfortunately, fish is also a good source of mercury, so DONT GO CRAY ON THE FISH

lol the Salmon I get is processed or something and its in this frozen brick. I'd feel like I'm some sort of cannibal eating it if I ate it raw.
