Hello i have reinstalled my computer and i forgot to copy the bank files so i would not lose the exp of my games and now i got 0 exp :(. I had about 230-240 games played and 4700 points (I did unlock a new hat with a yellow name (captain i think) and my last game was at 10-5-2014. I hope you can restore my account thank you :)

On most occasions we require a replay to provide legitimacy to the user's request. However, it seems you've been reported a few times within the past few months which provides us with a replay.

Yap thats true i was warned for lag cheating and i never did it after i was warned :). I got no replays becaus i have reinstalled my pc or i would put one here :( I think i can be found in the database 10-5-2014. And im 100% sure that i had over 4700 points

Your points will be approved for a 3,700 point restore. This is because you can regain the achievement points.

Is it not possible to check the database on 10-5-2014 I would love to have all my points back if its possible please :(? If its not possible then its okay with the 3700 points its better then nothing :) And what is the time for restoration i am almost the whole day avaible. 15:00-24:00 GMT+1(Amsterdam)

Are there any admins avaible? I have added all admins in my frend list on starcraft but they are not online. I am called TTUNAY and my char code = 363.

Most of us don't normally frequent the EU server, in which case you'll need to arrange a time with one of us. I'm available tomorow 4pm - around 11pm 19th may NZT.
