majority vote = 2 all game

It only took 2 votes to send someone to trial all game long.

I don't know what caused it. I've watched the replay several times. You can see on day 3 where they vote me (Achmed) that it only takes 2 votes.

I played other games before and after that didn't have the bug.

If it was ballot it would be 2 votes easily. But I can't imagine that few of people voting.
