I guess it means people often changes mind from one to an opposite other.

In Chinese 牆頭草 means the grass on the top of walls. It is always leaning away from where the wind blow.

I have no idea if Japanese keep the similar reference or not.

Well ヒヨリミ is being kata'ized (pronounced) So I'm guessing it's putting emphasis on Opportunistic.

A better translation would be that "One can't help but be opportunistic".

Should be なんでしょう not なんだしょう
