I don't understand, are you saying that you don't have enough points? Or that we should be able to find you in the database?
We can not find you, there is nothing we can do about that as stated in the information thread. It was also stated that it's a last resort, it usually only works for people who have 20k+ points.
I would also like to remind you that this is a courtesy service. We are in no way shape or form obliged to provide this point restoring service, as point loss is in no way our fault.
