quoting from closed threads

hey guys,
we really need to enable the "reply with quote" feature on closed threads. of course you shouldn't be able to actually post, but it should still show the text box with the quoted post, so we can copy and paste it into another thread. this is very important for FMs if you go through older day threads.

also quoting should not remove quotes inside the quoted post
