F.A.Q

Can blackmailed targets vote?
Will an infected replace the cult leader upon death?
Does manipulator force action/visit or only redirects if the target submitted an action for that night?

1) Blackmailed targets are able to vote, they just can't talk.
2) I wasn't clear on that, but if the Cult Leader dies then the remaining Infected are allowed to attempt to recruit one more person. (A doctor heal, random sending of a dead Cultist, etc. will interrupt the recruit and the recruit will be used anyways.)
3) The Manipulator is allowed to force action the target to use their night action, if they do have one. No feedbacks will be given if the target has no night action.

Will the day start with a lynch? If so, what if they randomly lynch the infected person? Will that just end the game right there?

The day will start with nolynch. I should've included that. Until he recruits at least one person, he will have a special invulnerability. You must attack him two consecutive nights to kill him at night, where the lynch does not have that effect.

Please specify if Insane Sheriff knows if he's Insane or not.
Bus Driver can only swap one person? How does this work?
Manipulator can't be roleblocked?
Does Bodyguard only defend against Vigilante?
Does Watchman see his own night action in his feedback?
Watchman feedback is missing.
Can the Cult convert if the Infected Soldier is killed?
Why did you choose to random which Cult member is sent to convert? I think you should let the cult choose who is sent, especially since there is a possibility of Escort.
Does Escort ignore bussing?
How do you plan on doing the votes if there is a Mayor? If the Mayor is culted, you can't show the "X is the Mayor with Y votes." message at the start of day with the vote counter. You might have to do all your vote tallies manually to have a Mayor in this setup.

Misunderstanding. I'll fix that.
Manipulator can't be roleblocked?
I'll fix that.

No.

Watchman feedback is missing.
Yes, alright I'll add that.
Can the Cult convert if the Infected Soldier is killed?
They can
Why did you choose to random which Cult member is sent to convert? I think you should let the cult choose who is sent, especially since there is a possibility of Escort.
Because the game's default is to send some random person, but if you insist, I'll change that too.
Does Escort ignore bussing?
No ^^

I can always just use that message with the bold only and not do the vote tag for the Mayor.

Also, does Cult have a max limit?

Well seeing that it's going to be 1v12 the no-lynch day, 2v11 the next day, 3v10 the next day... etc. I really didn't think the Cult needed a max limit to nerf them more.
I'll clarify the Mechanics a bit more.
