can you color code the roles, (ie if a role is unique to a faction) or are all roles generalized

Please place a line underneath the Roles List to indicate what roles the Investigative can be.

Are there any actions the lookout/detective can't see?

Bus driver is immune to roleblocks?

Can a drug dealer choose any kind of feedback to fake?

What are the specifications of what can/can't be asked in blackmail tasks?

Who can kill if a faction is wiped out by a night kill?

Who can kill if the faction that had the killing rights is wiped out by a lynch?

Role cards specified, but added.

Are there any actions the lookout/detective can't see?

No.

Bus driver is immune to roleblocks?

If the bus driver is targeted directly by the escort he will otherwise he will not.

Can a drug dealer choose any kind of feedback to fake?

Yes, but the drug dealer is limited to one feedback, drug dealer cannot prevent feedback.

What are the specifications of what can/can't be asked in blackmail tasks?

Blackmails cannot force players to break forum or game rules.
Blackmails must provide all information required for the task.
Blackmails must consist of only one task.

Who can kill if a faction is wiped out by a night kill?

The allied faction will take over the kill.

Who can kill if the faction that had the killing rights is wiped out by a lynch?

If the bus driver is targeted directly by the escort he will otherwise he will not.
Your OoO suggests that he completely ignores roleblocks. Please specify that he isn't, for example by using brackets to indicate exceptions.

What does a lookout/detective see if they target the Veteran?

What does a detective see when his target is the bus driver?

Blackmails cannot force players to break forum or game rules.
Blackmails must provide all information required for the task.
Blackmails must consist of only one task.

What about: it must be possible for the target to complete their task. If conditions are set that are never met during the day or that only happen at the very end of the day when the target has no chance to respond anymore, it's hardly a fair task.

Other than this, anything goes? No approval by the host required? No speculation and endless arguments about what would or would not be allowed by the players?

Are there any restrictions attached the Courier's message?

Corrected that but didn't mention the change.

What does a lookout/detective see if they target the Veteran?

Lookout will see all the players that visited him.
Detective will see nothing.
Veteran doesn't "Visit" anyone.

What does a detective see when his target is the bus driver?

Both targets.

What about: it must be possible for the target to complete their task. If conditions are set that are never met during the day or that only happen at the very end of the day when the target has no chance to respond anymore, it's hardly a fair task.

Tasks must not have time constraints, aside from the built in day.
Tasks cannot have conditions.

Other than this, anything goes? No approval by the host required? No speculation and endless arguments about what would or would not be allowed by the players?

Approval will be required but I can promise approval of anything of the formats.

Claim you are X alignment.
Claim you are X role.
Claim you received X feedback on Y night.

Are there any restrictions attached the Courier's message?

The couriers message must be appropriate according to standard forum guidelines, but there is no restriction on what information can be revealed.

Just to double check, a gang may only kill if one of their members or an allied member dies at night, correct? (Minus the lynch)

Close, The first kill is granted to the faction that gets lynched day 1.
Every kill thereafter is granted to the faction of the player that dies at night. If the players faction no longer exists the kill is passed to their allied faction. If the allied faction no longer exists the game is over.
