Add a Shoutbox to the top

I have tried in the past it won't happen. Most users are either impartial or against it. The only person that can actually put it up is oops_ur_dead because he has control over the server, convince him.

He had a chat box up earlier and I for one suggested a chat log so people could join the chat, leave some messages and exit so it would be like a shoutbox just with anon names. Maybe we will get that someday.

In all seriousness though the shoutbox you used wouldn't work anyway. Since its not integrated with the site's accounts banned users could bypass it and spam it like crazy. Plus you couldn't infract people on it. I mean there are plugins that work with the site's account system. Heck there are tutorials online how to program one. I used one when I hosted an FM for the mafia, and it worked really good.

Yea it would be nice for it to be opened by default, but you could have a setting where you could turn it off and on.

Can you add an option in settings to allow it to be open by default? That way by default its compressed, and that way users can turn it on if they want it.
