Welcome to the fair city of Verona, a small and peaceful city that has recently been thrust into turmoil. Not long ago, two people moved to Verona. None of Verona's citizens could figure out why anyone would want to move to their little isolated town, but being an optimistic and friendly bunch, they welcomed these new residents as honored guests. But something seemed off about these two new visitors. No one could quite put their finger on it, but something about them seemed suspicious. One night the local bartender was walking home and overheard voices coming from beneath him. Searching for the source of the sound, he looked around and spotted a manhole cover nearby. He lifted it up to listen. It was the new folks in town. They were discussing their plan to massacre everyone in the town. The bartender immediately alerted the authorities, who promptly put the pair in prison while they waited to be put on trial. The moment they set foot in court, the judge sentenced them to death for their conspiracy and sent them back to prison to await their execution the following morning.

But this did not turn out as well they might have hoped, for that night the prisoners somehow managed to escape their high security prison cells. Due to the nature of the prison, the town has concluded that they could only have done so with the help of someone on the outside. The executioner who was supposed to kill them the next morning may be in on their conspiracy and could have broken them out of jail, but it could also have been an escapee from Verona's mental ward; a depressed individual who will do anything to end his life and escape his torment.

Normally it would be simple enough to track them, since Verona is such a small town, but they managed to get back to their hideout and access their hidden stash of weapons and disguises. They've already disguised themselves as citizens of Verona, and it appears they intend to move forward with their plan to annihilate the populace of this peaceful town.

Things seem dire for the little town indeed. But amidst all the chaos, there is one item of good news. Knowing the police could burst in at any moment, the conspirators did not have much time in their hideout, and only managed to grab enough supplies to perform 3 disguises each. They've both already used one of these in order to blend in with the town, so they only have enough supplies to disguise two more times. Furthermore, they left in such a hurry that they did not have time to discuss their plans or arrange a meeting place, so they cannot communicate with each other in private and they both have no idea who their co-conspirator is.

Soon after they settled into the home of their respective victims, they each received a note from an anonymous source, who claims to have helped them escape from jail. The note also informs them that someone knows who they are and wishes to assist them in killing the citizens of Verona, as long as they agree to help the note's author complete an unspecified goal. The note says that, as additional incentive, once their anonymous assistant's mission is complete, the assistant will send a note to each of the conspirators containing their ally's name.

The following day, the town was called together and it was decided that they would begin executing anyone who was believed to be in cahoots with these murderous individuals, and that the executions would not stop until they were dead. Can the good people of Verona prevail and save their town from destruction? You decide.

The setup:

The conspirators:
Disguiser
Disguiser

The People of Verona:
Coroner
Hidden Official
Hidden Official
Citizen
Citizen
Citizen
Citizen

The Anonymous Assistant:
Hidden Benign

Possible Roles:

Hidden Officials: Doctor, Sheriff, Detective, Vigilante, Lookout, Escort, Blacksmith
Hidden Benign: Jester, Executioner

Win Conditions:

The Conspirators:
The conspirators will win once the number of living town members is equal to or less than the living number of conspirators.

Note: The Anonymous Assistant does not count as a member of either side (even though it wins with the conspirators) until both disguisers are dead. So the earliest scum can win is when town has 2 living members (if both disguisers are still alive), but they will also win a 1:1 tie.

The Anonymous Assistant:
Wins with the conspirators. Does not win alone. Can win for the scum even if both disguisers are dead by surviving until there is only one town player left alive.

Verona:
Eliminate the Conspirators and the Anonymous Assistant.

Additional Information:

Conspirators:
Do not share a night chat.
Each disguiser gets a maximum of 2 disguises (for a total of 4).
A maximum of 2 disguises may occur on any given night (one per disguiser), however either (or both) of them may also choose not to disguise if they wish.
May disguise each other.
May not disguise the AA. Will be notified that they have attempted to disguise as the AA (see feedback messages below).
Disguise cleans target's role.

Anonymous Assistant:
Immune to being disguised. Will be notified that someone has attempted to disguise him.
Can still be killed by vigilante/blacksmith gun
If healed from disguiser, will receive attacked/healed feedback as well as disguise feedback.
Fulfilling the role's mission (lynching target/getting lynched) will cause both disguisers to get a PM telling them the name of the other disguiser. If the AA's mission is completed before all the disguises have been used, every time a disguiser successfully disguises, the other disguiser will receive a PM giving them their ally's new name.

Special Mechanics:
As mentioned in just about every other section of this post, the anonymous assistant (neutral benign) does not win by achieving its role's typical win condition (getting lynched or getting target lynched), but instead wins with the conspirators by eliminating town. Instead, fulfilling the role's usual win condition will assist the conspirators by providing them with the knowledge of who their teammate is for the rest of the game.

Additionally, to prevent the town making the anonymous assistant useless by refusing to lynch during the day, if a majority is not reached by the end of each day, the person with the most votes will be lynched. If there is a tie, both players will be lynched. If no one has votes on them at the end of a day, random.org will decide who is lynched.

Disguiser: You are a Disguiser! Your goal is to eliminate the town. At night, you may select one target to kill. If you succeed in killing your target, you will disguise as them, taking over their account, and hiding their role from the town. Hidden in the town you have two allies: another disguiser, like yourself, and an anonymous assistant who helped you escape from prison and now seeks your help with something. If you help the assistant complete its goal, you will learn the name of your fellow disguiser, and will be notified of the new name every time it changes. You only have enough supplies to disguise yourself twice, so choose your victims wisely.
Doctor: You are a Doctor! You may heal one person from one attack each night. You will be notified if your target is attacked. Your goal is to protect the town and eliminate those who would see it destroyed.
Sheriff: You are a Sheriff! You may check one person at night to determine their exact alignment. Your goal is to protect the town and eliminate those who would see it destroyed.
Detective: You are a Detective! You may follow one person each night and see who they visit. Your goal is to protect the town and eliminate those who would see it destroyed.
Vigilante: You are a Vigilante! You may shoot one person each night. Your goal is to protect the town and eliminate those who would see it destroyed.
Lookout: You are a Lookout! You may watch one person's house each night and see who visits them. Your goal is to protect the town and eliminate those who would see it destroyed.
Escort: You are an Escort! You may roleblock one person each night, preventing them from performing their night action if they have one. Your goal is to protect the town and eliminate those who would see it destroyed.
Coroner: You are a Coroner! You may check one dead person each night to determine their role. Your goal is to protect the town and eliminate those who would see it destroyed.
Blacksmith: You are a Blacksmith! You may give out either one gun or one vest per night to anyone but yourself. Your goal is to protect the town and eliminate those who would see it destroyed.
Citizen: You are a Citizen! You have no night abilities, but do not despair! your power is in the vote! Your goal is to protect the town and eliminate those who would see it destroyed.

Jester: You are the Jester. You are a depressed person who wants to be executed in order to escape your miserable life. You win with the conspirators by eliminating the town. If you are lynched, the conspirators will be be notified of the name of the other conspirator. They will also receive updates whenever their ally's name changes.
Executioner: You are the Executioner. You have a grudge against someone in the town and want to see them lynched at any cost, even if it means everyone else dies with them. You win with the conspirators by eliminating the town. If your target is lynched, the conspirators will each be be notified of the name of the other conspirator. They will also receive updates whenever their ally's name changes. Your target is ________.

You have been shot by the vigilante!
You have been shot with a blacksmith gun!
You have been killed! Your body was disguised to look like someone else.
You were attacked, but your bulletproof vest protected you from the attack!
You were attacked, but a doctor nursed you back to health!

Preemptive Question Answering:

What if...

...both disguisers attack each other on the same night?
Random.org picks which one gets to live. Yes, their disguises are that good.

...both disguisers pick the same target?
Random.org will choose who is successful.

...one disguiser disguises as the other disguiser, who successfully disguises as someone else?
Priority will go to the more intelligent disguiser. That is to say, the one disguising as town will (assuming no heals/roleblocks) take over their target's account, and the other disguiser will receive "failed" feedback. If the second disguiser fails (due to healing, being roleblocked, or targeting the AA, then he will die and the other disguiser will take over his account.

...both disguisers disguise as a target who's being healed/is vested?
A doctor heal and a vest are each only good for stopping one attack. So if only one of those is in effect, the victim will die, and random.org will decide which one is successful and which one gets a failed message. If the target is healed AND vest/doubled healed, then both disguisers will get failed feedback.

Can...

...lookout self target?
No.

...blacksmith give items to itelf?
No.

...Sheriff detect AA?
No.

...items be used in addition to night actions?
No.

...multiple items be used by the same person on the same night?
No.

Do/does...

...a disguiser use up one of its 2 disguises if the attempt fails?
No. Only successful attempts count towards the limit. Let's say they grabbed plenty of bullets, but only grabbed a few items of clothing. And they won't kill anyone unless they can dress up afterward.

...Doctor heal from multiple attacks?
No.

...Vest protect from multiple attacks?
No.

That's all I can think of. If I missed/didn't explain anything let me know.

I don't think 10 anon accounts for a SFM is feasible. Creed was only allowed them because he's special and only needed 3.

Is this currently going on or is this a thread for signups? If it is a sign-up, I would like to join. If its currently going on, could I get a link to watch it going on?

First the setup must get approved, then It goes to signups.
Still at stage 1.

Is it really that big a deal? I can make the accounts myself... They'll be the same as regular accounts in terms of permissions and such, but I don't anticipate that being much of a problem.

I don't really know about this game. It's essentially a 3v7 with 2 anti-town KPN.

Also, you included this rule:
Additionally, to prevent the town making the anonymous assistant useless by refusing to lynch during the day, if a majority is not reached by the end of each day, the person with the most votes will be lynched. If there is a tie, both players will be lynched. If no one has votes on them at the end of a day, random.org will decide who is lynched.

Indicating that town has a way to remove scum without lynching. Basically, I see that it's a game w/ 3kpn that will end at the start of day 3 with a Mafia win.

Also, you may want the Disguisers to NOT be notified that their target is the AA, and instead that their attack failed. This gives town room to wifom, pretending to be the AA if they are healed or vested.

This game look extremely Mafia sided though with the fact that they can kill 2 people at night and erase roles. By the time the Coroner can check someone, the game will be over.

Can a Disguiser be the target of the Executioner?
If a Disguiser disguises as the Executioner's target, does the target change?
If a Jester is lynched, can a Disguiser die if he voted?

Can a Disguiser be the target of the Executioner?
If a Disguiser disguises as the Executioner's target, does the target change?
If a Jester is lynched, can a Disguiser die if he voted?

It is only 2KPN if both disguisers hit town. They can hit each other. No one dies by voting the jester, all that happens is the disguisers get to learn the identity of their teammate. The disguisers may also choose not to act. The executioner will not target a disguiser.

I considered removing the coroner and having roles not be cleaned, but then the disguisers would be unable to kill confirmed power roles without being found immediately.

I also considered allowing only one disguiser to act per night, but then I introduce more chance into the game in terms of the decision of who gets to disguise.

I wouldn't be opposed to making it a 13 player game by adding some citizens, but then the scum might be too weak.
