Cultist doc bug

Three people left: Cultist (me), Doc, and Mayor

Mayor could not be healed.

I recruited Mayor as a result. Doc healed Mayor, I failed to recruit my target.

I should have been able to convert the Mayor with those settings. Please fix this!

Next time recruit the doc instead? Even if mayor lynched one of you he would still lose right after due to tie game rules.

Not sure if this is a bug mind you, doc can't save the mayor from death but he should still be able to prevent culting? DR should answer this.

Ya, if docs can't heal the mayor they shouldn't be able to prevent conversion either

Docs can't heal the mayor. Preventing a conversion is NOT a heal, because the Mayor can not die from it.
