My guess is vorn you will either be healed, or mafia wont attack you thinking you be healed, leaving the 3th&4th unlikely options where the mafia risks attacking you and actually kill you, either because option 3, doc didn't heal you, or 4th, doc COULDN'T heal you. (your doc or got roleblocked)
