At the top of the page, there is a tab called community, that has things such as a member list and group list, this is redundant and pointless as those two are already at the top of the page as members and groups.

I can view it while logged out, pretty sure it's not keeper plus

Yup, the community is useless except for the Albums, just remove the community in its entirety and put albums somewhere accessible.

You don't know how long I've been trying to figure out how to remove links from there. I still haven't found a way.

That only applies to the default vBulletin theme. We use a custom skin that has some kind of other system.
