No.

Undetectable GF/Framer appears as an inactive citizen.

Then we have a problem. Night 3 the GF(me) is caught targeting somebody and that person being the guy who was killed. I originally targeted someone else but the BD switched my targets up and the Detective(LOBSTERS) then proceeded to catch me in the act.

Yep. That sure is a glitch. My guess is it had something to do with the bus driver.

Yes, he is supposed to. Notice the tip only says Lookout, not Detective, on the loading screen.

I remember a game where I lost it for town because I thought it worked on GF without paying attention to the loading screen(my bad)
