Coroners spawning with no janitors

This is a bug, yes? I've seen it happen a couple times now; i'll try to find one of the replays.

On that note, do coroners ALWAYS spawn if there is a janitor and a random town?

They can spawn if there is a Disguier I think, not 100%

I'm pretty sure it's intentional. Now that coroner can see a list of all the people the you targeted, coroner can be a pretty useful role even if there is no cleaner in the mafia.

If Coroners have some of their secondary abilities active, they have a small chance of appearing even without janitors or disguisers. Honestly you get a ton of information when you check someone's corpse with every option on.

Oh, didn't realize Coroners were upgraded. It's not on the update log, is it?

I buffed them slowly over time. At some point, people realized they were actually useful.
