It was down for a while there with no advance warning and noone seemed to know what happened (Except archangel claiming to have DDOSed)

server crashes happen but aren't very frequent (like every 3-6 months if i had to guess)

Server ran out of space because all of a sudden we had 2.5GB instead of 5GB and it got filled up with automatic backups.
