Good morning , i see that now when you came here for the first time , you don' t have zones where you can salut all users in a special area , i think add something like this will be quite important

Won't happen.

I'll just make 10 smurfs and spam it.
But I'll have used a proxy that can't be detected by DNS checkers, so they won't know who did it.

It would just be a place where they say Hi im new. They will still be called smurfs and General Discussion is good enough imo.
