Mayor doesn't reveal still dies?

My settings have it set that Mayor can't be healed when he reveals however I thought this meant if he doesn't reveal he can still be healed. But in my last game the Mayor was hit by the SK and Doctor was healing him Night 1 and still died. A bug or intended purpose? I have Replay if necessary.

thats what i thought too, u sure he wasnt atked twice that one night? cuz doctor only heals one atk

I was caught AFK in the early stages of this update, but I was fine. The Amnesiac who took my role got zero points though haha. Just hoping that's fixed, thanks!
