Am I the only one who gets this screen sometimes? Trying to figure out if my laptop is retarded or what.

It looks like a video card problem.

Looks like that your graphic card have received heat damage, not only overheating but actual damage to the cardridge.
I had that on my WXP, and computer died.

Only true way to solve it is to in fact, buy a new graphic card.

That, or the VGA connection to the monitor have issues.

It's ok Blazer, however if you had a high end card, it will be cheaper to buy a new comp.

I'd suggest NOT running sc2 in the background

That is a lot of programs running up at once.

For Blazer:

Do you have a high end processor?

Yup I think its the dual quad core i7 series or something...(I forget these things when I dont think about them.) Task manager says I have 8 separate columns for CPU. I have 8 GB of RAM and a terabyte hard drive (In reality its 683 GB on C: drive)....and SC2 was just chillin, I had previously watched a replay so it was just chillin in main menu.
