Flood timers on PMs

Is it possible to have the flood timers on PMs reduced?

It gets pretty annoying to have more than 1 conversation through PM at the same time. Also, hosting an S-FM takes forever to send feedback sometimes.

Maybe something like 30sec or 45sec, instead of the 1min.

Considering that we didn't have MFM / SFM when the usergroups were created, I can see why this is now a problem. However due to the mass increase of proxy smurfs and spam advertisers, I still want there to be a flood timer.. and as demonstrated, VIP is too easy to get at the moment.

I'm all for changing the requirement to make someone a VIP and then removing the flood timer from it.

People will dislike me for suggesting this, but maybe remove +rep as a way of becoming VIP?

The only other thing I can think of is making it so that staff members selectively choose who's a VIP and who isn't, like the way the Senior Member system worked at COM.

Make VIP post count/time restricted. Remove basic Donor access.
Make a new usergroup for people who play in sfm's multiple times since they need it the most. Make it like a required 5+ s-fm's and the group has less restriction on their pm timers.

I'm just going to go back to saying that removing/decreasing the flood timers should be done manualy at staff discresion for people who have a good reputation, are unlikely to be abusive and have a need for reduced flood timers.

Also, y are reports taking so long to be checked now? U should be there, not here:p

I am setting up my own regime for 5-10 a week as a personal goal and I have met that goal :P
quota is 15 a month :P

Maybe instead of playing Sfms, its hosting X(3 sound good??) amount of games? People who play games don't need to be able to send lots of PMs, but hosts do.

Oh, and PM times suck. It takes FOREVER to send everyone results.

would have to create a new usergroup or make that person join a usergroup that doesn't have flood timers
