Requirements for Rep Power

Can someone explain this please? I am not sure what is required to make it increase.

Specifically from 0 to 1.

If I recall properly, it increases:

+1 for every 500 posts
+1 for every 3 months you have been an active member?

Maybe something to with which how much pos rep you have too...

Which is why methinks your pos rep has influence somehow.

I am 100% certain that posrep has influence. When bruno got rep reset, he went down to 2 rep power from I think he had 3 before, and now that he has his rep back, he went back to 3 rep power.

I believe it is something along the lines of you receive your first rep power when you get to "seems good" rep, and you receive a second once you get to +100 rep.

There is no +rep power for being a donor or VIP.
