Sigil Question

I see all the sigil's above profile avatars, but I have 4 of these sigils, and others have 2. Is there a difference, and how does 1 achieve them?

They stand for rankings. You have 4 sigils which represent 20 posts each. Once you get 100 posts, you get one sigil representing 100.

They also have mod sigils, donor sigils, etc.
