Now that points are fixed, it's a good time to post your IDs from the "MBank3" file (the first three numbers in the file) and the points you have legitimately earned. If you can, provide some sort of proof. I will award you the points you lost in the next version.

Well my points have been reseted 2 minutes ago. Version 1.8 on the log EUROPE.

As said in changelog the update from 1.5 to 1.8 is : "Nobody knows the trouble i've seen. Nobody knows..." quite strange bug update rofl ^^

1.8 resets your points. I'd like to know how many points you had earned ever before this reset so I can add them back. To do this, I need your current IDs. Icarus did this correctly.

I've deleted my bank files so many times thinking it would fix the problem...Hope that didn't delete any data I had.

From v0.94 I have received at least 500 points and I'm trying to be very conservative with that number but I have played at least 6 hours of Mafia a day since v0.94 became live. However I do not know how to access the bank file you speak of. I am using an iMac for my computer so its stored on Mac OS X if that matters.

I'm assuming somewhere around 500. I was at 200 two separate times and had a few sub 50 resets. I'm at 230-ish right now, but I'll look to see if I have any screenshots. Will edit this post if I find any.

I had 170 pts with scientist toon before bugged reset yesterday. After that I earned about 40 points before 1.8 came. so about ~210 total?
I don't have SS cuz it was lost due to bug and was unexpected. The fact that I registered to this forum yesterday solely to report the bug...could be proof I lost pts I guess? Thanks for hard work! :D

Go to Documents->Starcraft 2-> (Click the shortcut with your name and code) -> Go to Banks -> Go through all the folders in there till you find MBank3... Mine was in the 1-S2-1-689689 folder

seems some of them from cracked map. say plz which i should delete (and where are cracked map directory) and maybe my old points will restore

Banks can't reset now. It will simply give you an INVALID message. If it resets, something deleted your bank or caused it not to read at all (if you appear to have no bank, I can't do anything about your stats being overwritten with 0). This can happen very very rarely, but never consistently.

I was resetted more than once... I'd say, there were about 250-300 Points that were lost.

DR, did you try to add points back to me in v1.9 as a response to my post here?

Thing is, I just got home, found out there's new version, and my point is back to 0 (I earned 140 pts yesterday, so I lost 350pts until now)

THis happened to my friend as well. She lost about 60 pts just now in first game of 1.9

or was it simply reset again?
